The Meditation Challenge is 100% virtual, so that you can fit it into your schedule at the most convenient time for you – you only need to find 20 minutes per day. It is designed to help you establish, develop or deepen your home meditation practice and to help you create the HABIT of mindfulness.
How The 21 Day Meditation Challenge Works
- After you sign up for this Challenge, you will receive a daily email from me for 21 consecutive days with instructions for a mindfulness practice for that day.
- You just need to find 20 minutes of time during each day where you are undisturbed and are able to complete the current day’s meditation practice.
- Although the Challenge is email based, we have also created this member area, which has all 21 daily mindfulness practices stored together in one place.
- You have Lifetime Access to this content, which enables you to repeat the challenge whenever you want, or access any of the meditations individually at any time that you wish.
